Your membership keeps the breed going. Fees pay for the club register, events, this website and the work to preserve and promote the Murray River Retriever. The Association is run by an elected committee of volunteers.

After more than ten years of work by the club, the ANKC accepted the Murray as a Group 3 gundog on 16 October 2021, effective 1 January 2022.
